The Wild Series is fermented with native yeast and bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur; this skin-contact bottling blends Gewürztraminer and Pinot Noir from two small Central Coast vineyards.

Tasting Notes

A slightly hazy rosé-gold wine with fresh plum, salty minerality, tart lychee, and apricot, finishing dry and crisp with notes of honeysuckle and yuzu.
