Ernő Sagmeister farms the south-facing slopes of Fruška Gora in Vojvodina, Serbia, working with minimal intervention, spontaneous fermentation, and no filtration or additives. His Cabernet Franc, bottled under the 'Breton' name, undergoes an extended maceration of nearly two months followed by 28 months' aging in barrique.
