Vietti, one of Piedmont's most storied Barolo producers, also bottles a traditional Moscato d'Asti from small vineyards in Castiglione Tinella, planted with roughly 4,500 vines per hectare and nearly 40 years old.
Tasting Notes
Bright straw-yellow with shimmering gold hints; intense aromas of ripe peach, apricot, and rose petal; delicately sweet and gently sparkling on the palate, with balanced acidity, good complexity, and a fresh apricot finish.
Pairing Recommendation
Recommended as an aperitif, with Pan-Asian cuisine and lobster, or alongside pastry, fruit-based and creamy desserts, and blue cheeses.
