Profile & Story
Pasini San Giovanni is a third-generation family winery founded by Andrea Pasini in 1958 in Puegnago sul Garda, on the Brescia shore of Lake Garda, farming vineyards across the Valtènesi and Lugana zones organically since 2014. Their Chiaretto rosato is a traditional Valtènesi-style blend built primarily around Groppello, with Marzemino, Barbera and Sangiovese, each variety harvested and macerated separately for a short time on the skins before pressing.
Tasting Notes
Pale copper-pink in color, this Chiaretto-style rosé from the Lake Garda region blends Marzemino with other local red varieties for a fresh, aromatic style typical of the Garda Chiaretto tradition.
