Profile & Story

Raventós i Blanc, based in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, left the Cava DO in 2012 to found its own designation, Conca del Riu Anoia, championing organically and biodynamically farmed indigenous Catalan varieties. The De Nit rosé brut is made from Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Parellada and Monastrell, refermented in bottle with extended lees aging.

Tasting Notes

Pale salmon-pink with fine, persistent bubbles; red-berry and citrus-zest aromas with a saline, mineral edge and a dry, structured finish.
