Thomas Rivier took over his mother Claire's family vineyards in Regnie-Durette in 2019, immediately converting the estate's vineyards to organic farming. Tomix is his early-drinking, fruit-forward Gamay, vinified in concrete tanks using semi-carbonic maceration to emphasize freshness and fruit.

Crisp red berries and delicate earthy mineral notes on the nose, with a smooth texture and a fresh, subtly tannic finish.
