Chateau Haut-Selve, in the Graves (Bordeaux), was the first new Graves estate created in the 20th century (Famille Lesgourgues), farmed under sustainable HVE3 and Terra Vitis certification. 'Les Galets' is its Graves rouge, a Merlot-led blend with Cabernet Sauvignon grown on the appellation's signature gravelly soils.
