Domaine Brusset, founded in 1947 and based at Cairanne in the southern Rhone, farms organically across five appellations. 'Les Boudalles' is a Ventoux red blending Grenache, Carignan, Mourvedre and Clairette from sandy-clay soils, hand-harvested by variety, fermented for 12 days and aged six months in vat - 'supple and harmonious, an elegant wine.'
Tasting Notes
A carmine-red wine. Very aromatic, with typical red fruits (raspberry). Supple and harmonious on the palate, with small-berry fruit.
