Las Jaras is a California natural-wine producer. Named for the wildflowers that burst across the California desert after a wet winter, Superbloom is now in its eighth vintage - always a natural co-ferment of red and white grapes with nothing added in the cellar; this release leans more deeply into early-picked Grenache Noir.
