Pulpo is an Albarino from D.O. Rias Baixas, made from grapes grown in the Val do Salnes in Galicia (Spain). After the free-run juice is fermented at 16 C in stainless steel, the wine rests on its fine lees for three to four months to build a silkier texture.
Tasting Notes
Bright, pale lemon in colour with hints of apple green. Aromas of white flowers with hints of peach and apricot lead to a fresh, fruity palate and an enjoyable finish.
Pairing Recommendation
Perfect with seafood - grilled octopus ('pulpo'), oysters and mussels.
