Vigneto Saetti, founded by Luciano Saetti near Modena, makes a single wine - 'RossoViola' - from 100% Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce on 40-year-old vines, certified organic (ICEA). Fermentation is completed in steel with no pressing and no micro-filtering, and the wine is disgorged by hand after at least four months.
Tasting Notes
A ruby-red wine with rich, persistent perlage. The nose is marked by violet and red berries; soft yet firm on the palate, with flavours that recall the great Lambrusco tradition.
