Ventessa is Mezzacorona's low-calorie Pinot Grigio from Trentino, in the foothills of the Dolomites. The grapes are entirely hand-harvested, and the alpine Ventessa wind ripens them gently without raising sugar levels, preserving natural acidity at a lower 9% ABV.
