Founded by Edouard Vocoret in 1870, the domaine has been cultivated by four generations of the Vocoret family, farming 33 hectares located exclusively within the commune of Chablis. Their guiding philosophy is to control the full production cycle in order to express the terroir's singular minerality and subtle nuances.
Tasting Notes
A classic village Chablis from this producer's Kimmeridgian limestone terroir, expected to show green apple, citrus and white-flower aromas with a steely, chalky minerality and a crisp, dry finish.
