Profile & Story
Zardetto has been a leading producer in Prosecco country between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene for more than 40 years, tracing back to Bepi Zardetto's first plantings in 1917. The estate was among the first companies to introduce and distribute Prosecco outside Italy, and today blends modern technique with traditional practice across its hilltop vineyards.
Tasting Notes
Straw-yellow with greenish reflections and a fine, persistent perlage, the wine opens with fresh floral and fruity aromas of acacia flowers, apricot and green apple. The palate is fresh and sapid, pleasantly acidic, with citrus and green apple carrying through to a clean finish.
Pairing Recommendation
Excellent as an aperitif, and versatile enough to pour throughout an entire meal.
