Blanca Cava Brut Reserva

Cava is Catalonia's traditional-method sparkling wine, made the same way as Champagne through a second fermentation in the bottle, primarily from the native Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada grapes grown around the Penedes region. A Brut Reserva ages on its lees for at least eighteen months before release, longer than a standard Cava, which builds extra depth and finer, more persistent bubbles.
