Jeio is the contemporary Prosecco line of Bisol1542, the historic Bisol family estate in Valdobbiadene (winemaking roots to 1542), produced on the UNESCO World Heritage hills of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano. The Jeio Brut DOCG is a Glera-dominant Charmat-method Prosecco Superiore sourced from steep hillside plots.
Tasting Notes
Brilliant straw yellow color with a fine, lively perlage. Notes of ripe yellow apple and citrus fruit are lifted by subtle white flowers; the minerality of the Conegliano hills combines with the delicate acidity of the Valdobbiadene terroir for a soft, fruity palate.
Pairing Recommendation
Ideal throughout a meal and a fine companion to a round of sophisticated hors d'oeuvres; also suited to a refined aperitif.
