Domaines Ott has been making rose in Provence since 1912 and holds three estates in the region. By.Ott is the house's Cotes de Provence blend, made with the Ott team's own savoir-faire in the cellar at Chateau de Selle and drawing on organically grown fruit from the domaines' own vineyards and from partner growers within the appellation. The blend is built on Grenache for texture and generous fruit, Cinsault for freshness, and Syrah, Mourvedre and Rolle for depth and length. Jean-Francois Ott describes it as enticing, fresh and generous, joining the house's winegrowing savoir-faire to the vibrant essence of Provence.
Tasting Notes
Bright and pale in the glass. The bouquet is expressive, dominated by yellow fruit with subtle exotic notes, and the palate combines mineral freshness with a supple texture, closing on a delicate tanginess.
