Profile & Story

Col di Rocca is the sparkling label of Soc. Agr. Riva di Rocca at Susegana, in the Treviso hills at the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene zone. The Extra Dry is a Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG made from 100 percent Glera and bottled at 11.5 percent alcohol with 17 grams per litre of residual sugar, the Extra Dry dosage band that sits a shade sweeter than Brut. The house suggests serving it at 8 degrees.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow with slightly green reflections. The bouquet is fruity, with hints of ripe apple and pear over floral sensations of acacia, and the palate is well-balanced and persistent with a fruity aftertaste.
