Fattoria del Cerro is a historic Montepulciano, Tuscany estate founded in 1922 and acquired by the Baiocchi family in 1978, today part of the Saiagricola/Angelini wine group and one of the leading producers of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. This Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG comes from the estate's Chianti-zone vineyards and is a blend of roughly 90% Sangiovese and 10% Merlot.
Tasting Notes
Vivid ruby red with slight purplish hues. A fruity bouquet of wild black cherry and cherry, closing with a delicate balsamic and herbal note.
