Domaine de la Baume farms vineyards around Servian, between Beziers and Pezenas in the Languedoc. Its Brut Rose is made from Pinot Noir vinified as a sparkling wine by the Charmat method, developed with winemaker Florence Delabre to bring an approachable, fruit-forward sparkling style to the estate's range.
Tasting Notes
Pale pink in the glass, with an expressive nose of strawberry, raspberry, and red currant carried by fine, persistent bubbles; the palate is creamy and fruit-driven, closing on a floral note.
