Profile & Story
Ruffino has been producing wine in Tuscany since 1877, and its Prosecco DOC extends that history into Italy's most popular sparkling style. Made from Glera grapes grown in the Veneto and vinified by the Charmat (tank) method, it is built to keep the grape's natural freshness and aromatics front and center.
Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow with a fine, persistent mousse. Light and fruity on the nose, with green apple, pear, and white flowers; the palate is crisp and off-dry, true to its Extra Dry style.
Pairing Recommendation
An easy aperitivo pour, good with light antipasti, seafood starters, and fresh cheeses.
