Álvaro Palacios is one of the architects of modern Priorat, based in Gratallops. Finca Dofí is an estate wine led by Garnacha, with under 20% Samsó (Carignan) and a touch of white varieties, aged in large French foudres — combining power and richness with breed and finesse.
