Ànima Negra, founded in 1994 in Felanitx (Mallorca), is a benchmark for native Mallorcan varieties. AN/2 is its entry red, blending Callet (around 65%) with Manto Negro, Fogoneu and roughly 15% Syrah, aged about 13 months in French and American oak.
