Avinyó is a small family Cava house in the Alt Penedès and one of only 14 producers certified ‘Elaborador Integral’ — meaning it grows all of its own grapes organically and vinifies all of its wines itself (akin to a Récoltant-Manipulant in Champagne). The Brut Nature Reserva is a terruño-driven Cava from old-vine Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada at the Can Fontanals masía, aged about 24 months on the lees.

Tiny, precise bubbles, with notes of freshly baked bread intermixed with bright citrus.
