Costers del Priorat farms organic, steeply terraced llicorella (slate) vineyards across Priorat — the name Pissarres comes from pizarra, Spanish for slate. The wine is 80% Garnacha and 20% Samsó (Carignan) from sites primarily in Mas Alsera (Torroja) and Sant Martí (Bellmunt).
