Ramón Losada and family farm 6 ha of old vines in Ribeira Sacra, one of Spain's most remote wine regions. The Burato vineyard sits above the Miño river on schist soils planted to Mencía and Merenzao. Ramón uses no chemicals in the vineyard and no corrections in the cellar, making the wines simply, without intervention or fancy winemaking.
