The Montaña family's roots reach back to the origins of modern Rioja in the late 19th century; Román Montaña consolidated the business in 1920 in the medieval cellars beneath Haro, capital of Rioja Alta. Today Oscar Montaña farms more than 270 acres of old-vine sites across Rioja Alta and Alavesa. This white is a blend of Viura and Garnacha Blanca.
