Mas Foraster (Josep Foraster) is a family winery on the outskirts of Montblanc in DO Conca de Barberà, specialising in the local Trepat grape with organic viticulture. This single-variety Trepat is a bright, pale ruby red that emphasises delicate fruit, finesse and elegance; it rests about five months in 300- and 500-litre French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Fresh aromas of red cherry, cranberry, strawberry and red plum, with a delicate white-pepper finish; light tannins, bright red fruit and lively acidity.
