Gulp Hablo is the project of Bodegas Parra Jiménez, the Parra family's certified-organic and biodynamic (Demeter) estate near Las Mesas in Castilla–La Mancha. Gulp Hablo Orange is a skin-macerated orange wine: 50% Verdejo and 50% Sauvignon Blanc given about a week of skin contact, fermented with indigenous yeasts and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
