Raventós i Blanc is a historic family estate in the Conca del Riu Anoia (Penedès) that left the Cava DO to champion its own appellation of origin. ‘De Nit’ (Catalan for ‘of the night’) is a pale traditional-method rosé — a Xarel·lo-led blend of native varieties with a little Monastrell — aged at least 18 months on the lees.
Tasting Notes
A pale, elegant pink with clean, almost crystalline aromas of light citrus, red flowers, white fruit and a touch of cassis. The palate is smooth, voluminous and fruity, with pleasant freshness, fine bubbles and a dry, chalky finish.
