Bodega Txakoli Rezabal is a family winery in Zarautz (Getariako Txakolina, Basque Country) farming 24 ha of the native Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Beltza on traditional high trellises. Txakoli Rezabal is ‘a living product, with its own personality’, which the winery calls ‘Happy’: fresh, light and easy to enjoy. It is 100% Hondarrabi Zuri.
Tasting Notes
Crystalline yellow with greenish sparkles and fine bubbles that denote joy and youth. Intense fresh-fruit aromas evoking citrus and green apple. On the palate it is cheerful and friendly, highlighting the freshness of a captivating, refreshing acidity.

Serve preferably at 6–8 °C.
