Sabaté i Coca is the family behind the Castellroig estate in the Penedès. ‘Terroja’ is a still white from a single vineyard of the same name, planted to Xarel·lo vines over 100 years old; the low-yielding old vines give maximum expression of the site. It rests about six months on its lees in tank, without oak.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of pineapple, peach, rosemary, grapefruit and graphite; powerful and intense, with a fresh yet concentrated character, a wealth of fruit, floral and citrus notes and a full, fleshy mouthfeel.
