Sierra de Toloño is the project of Sandra Bravo in Villabuena de Álava, working some of the oldest, highest-altitude vineyards of Rioja with steel, amphorae and old wood. The Blanco is made entirely from Viura (with occasional touches of other native white grapes), fermented and aged without new oak to preserve purity and precision.
Tasting Notes
Vibrant aromas of lemon peel, white peach and wild herbs; crisp and zesty on the palate, with saline minerality and firm acidity — clean fruit with a cool-climate edge.
