Venus La Universal is the Montsant project of winemakers Sara Pérez and René Barbier Jr., founded in 1999 in Falset. ‘Dido’ Blanc is a blend of Garnacha Blanca, Macabeo and a little Xarel·lo, fermented and aged about nine months in French oak (70%) and clay amphorae (30%).
