Profile & Story

Agri Segretum is a certified-organic (since 2009), biodynamically farmed 90-acre estate in the Tiber Valley at Collazzone, Umbria, within the Todi DOC zone, made with zero added sulfites. Cinino ('tiny' in Umbrian dialect) is a 95% Sangiovese/5% Malvasia Nera rosato, fermented ancestral-method (col fondo) to finish its sparkle naturally in bottle.

Tasting Notes

Vibrant and crisp, with notes of pomegranate, cherry and a hint of basil; red berry fruit on the nose with freshness and minerality on the palate.
