Profile & Story

Bovio is a small, third-generation family winery in La Morra, in the heart of Barolo, now run by Alessandra Bovio and her husband Marco Boschiazzo, farming 8.5 hectares. The 'Alessandro' is their Langhe DOC Chardonnay, produced using traditional methods with long macerations and aging in large oak barrels.

Tasting Notes

A Piedmontese Chardonnay showing ripe orchard fruit and a touch of oak spice, with the racy acidity typical of Langhe whites; medium-bodied and food-friendly.
