Profile & Story

Cantine Polvanera was founded in 2002 by owner-winemaker Filippo Cassano in Gioia del Colle, Puglia, with a cellar carved eight meters into limestone rock. The Minutolo comes from the indigenous, semi-aromatic Minutolo grape of the Valle d'Itria. 12% ABV.

Tasting Notes

Straw-yellow with light green reflections; an intense, musky nose of bergamot, banana, nectarine, green apple, chamomile and hawthorn. Delicately aromatic on the palate, with good texture and fresh salinity through the finish.
