Filodivino is a certified-organic winery (since the 2018 harvest) in San Marcello, in the heart of the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico zone near Jesi, Marche. The Matto bottling is 100% Verdicchio, 13.5% ABV.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with subtle green shades. Bouquet of white flowers followed by citrusy freshness, savory and complex. Full-bodied palate with a nice acidic backbone, excellent persistence and a pleasantly mineral close.
Pairing Recommendation
Fish dishes, white meats, appetizers and first courses — especially seafood and spaghetti allo scoglio.
