Leviathan is the project of winemaker Andy Erickson, founded in 2004 with a singular focus: one Cabernet-driven red each vintage, unconstrained by appellation and drawn from exceptional vineyards across Northern California to capture the state's power, depth and diversity. The wine leans on mountainside and volcanic-soil sites along the Mayacamas Mountains, chosen for the intensity and structure they bring; grower relationships across these sites are built and maintained by director of grower relations Nicole Hayden, working alongside Erickson.
