Tasting Notes
A heady nose of blackberry, raspberry, and plum with traces of licorice, thyme, vanilla, and cherry; a beautifully balanced palate showing layers of black fruit and chocolate-covered blueberry with herbal, cedar, and mineral complexity, and exquisitely rounded tannins on the finish.
