Profile & Story
Domaine de la Rivière, launched in 2017 with winemaker Kale Anderson, is a family-owned winery sustainably farming Vineyard Eleven and neighboring sites in the Middle Reach of the Russian River Valley, producing less than 1,200 cases annually across Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Rosé. This vineyard-designate Chardonnay (Flora Marie Vineyard) uses the Montrachet clone.
Tasting Notes
White peach, honeysuckle and crushed stone on the nose, with Meyer lemon, spiced pear, golden melon, brioche and a flinty edge. Bright and layered on the palate, it closes with a long, saline finish.
