Honig Vineyard & Winery is a family-owned, sustainably farmed Napa Valley producer based in Rutherford. This Sauvignon Blanc is 99% Sauvignon Blanc and 1% Semillon, sourced 49% from Napa County and 51% from Lake County fruit, whole-cluster pressed and fermented cool in stainless steel; 13.9% ABV.
Tasting Notes
Floral notes reminiscent of orange blossom and jasmine blend with white peach, Meyer lemon, and grapefruit; perfectly balanced with just enough richness on the mid-palate to complement a bright, crisp finish.
