Terra d'Oro, part of Trinchero Family Estates, farms sustainably grown estate vineyards in Amador County's Clarksburg and Sierra Foothills. This white blend is 85% Chenin Blanc and 15% Viognier, sourced primarily from Clarksburg vineyards with a small amount from select Amador vineyards, harvested at night and fermented and aged in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes
Luring aromas of juicy tropical fruit, fresh lemon, and hints of spice lead into flavors of pink grapefruit, papaya, and subtle sweet mango; lively, refreshing, and well balanced with crisp acidity.

Pairs well with shellfish, ceviche, sashimi, or a spicy tuna roll and shishito peppers.
