Maison Frederic Magnien was established in 1995 in Morey-Saint-Denis by winemaker Frederic Magnien, who works with a network of partner growers farming mostly old-vine parcels organically and biodynamically. The Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a 100% Pinot Noir selection drawn from the Hautes-Cotes and Cote de Nuits, including declassified fruit from Marsannay and Nuits-Saint-Georges, aged in a mix of older French oak and terracotta amphora/eggs, and bottled unfined and unfiltered following the lunar calendar with low added sulfites.
