Bevi is a small Veneto label from the Piave area near Roncade, working organically-farmed Sauvignon Blanc left on its skins for roughly two weeks to build texture and color -- a playful, low-intervention take on orange wine.
Tasting Notes
Amber-gold in color from extended skin contact, with textured, savory fruit and a grippy, dry finish typical of skin-fermented white wine.
