Chateau Guipiere is a 28-hectare organic (HVE3-certified) estate in Vallet, in the Muscadet heartland southeast of Nantes. Their l'Ecailler bottling is 100% Gros Plant (Folle Blanche) from 45-year-old vines on mica-schist soils, aged sur lie for added texture.
Tasting Notes
Bright, high-acid and briny, with notes of green citrus and sea salt; the sur-lie aging rounds out the wine's naturally racy structure.
