Chateau Peyrassol is a historic Provencal estate in the Var, with roots tracing back to the Knights Templar in the 13th century; today it farms its vineyards organically on Triassic clay-limestone soil. The estate's flagship rose blends Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Tibouren, direct-pressed with minimal skin contact to preserve a pale color and fresh aromatics.
Tasting Notes
Pale salmon-pink in the glass, with aromas of white peach and wild strawberry; dry, crisp and mineral-driven on the palate with a clean, refreshing finish typical of top Cotes de Provence roses.
