Emendis is a family cava estate in Castellet i la Gornal, in the heart of Penedes, farming 48 hectares of clay soil. Can Xa is their rose Cava made from 100% Pinot Noir, given a light skin maceration for color and aged on the lees for about 12 months before disgorgement.
Tasting Notes
Cherry color with bright salmon nuances; vibrant strawberry and raspberry notes with a fine, persistent mousse.
