From Joao Portugal Ramos, Portugal's most celebrated winemaker, this single-varietal Loureiro is grown on granite soils in the Minho, the heart of Vinho Verde. Grapes are hand-harvested in small cases, given a cold pre-fermentation maceration, pressed and clarified, then fermented at a controlled 16C for two to three weeks to preserve freshness. 11.5% ABV.
