Profile & Story
Forever Summer comes from Maison Mirabeau, the Provence rosé house founded in 2010 by Stephen and Jeany Cronk on a 25-hectare estate near Saint-Tropez. Sourcing Grenache-led fruit from a wider swath of the south of France, the blend is roughly 24.5% Merlot, 23.5% Marselan, 17% Caladoc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7.5% Grenache, with the remainder Sauvignon Blanc, Vidoc, Ugni Blanc, Muscat and Alicante. 12.56% ABV.
Tasting Notes
A pale salmon-pink rosé with aromas of raspberry, redcurrant, sweet almond and white pear. Round, juicy and indulgent on the palate, with a pleasantly fresh finish.
Pairing Recommendation
Pairs well with shrimp cocktail, fresh linguine with pesto and burrata, or a raspberry ice cream and shortbread sandwich.
